Refund policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE / CREDIT POLICY
— We do do not accept returns for refund.
— Returns are allowed for exchange and/or store credit on full price merchandise within 7 days of purchase or delivery receipt. Shipping/customs costs are not refundable.
— Sale, discounted, special order, and layaway items are final sale.
— Jewelry, accessories, fragrance, bags, hosiery, swimwear, intimates, sunglasses, art works, gift cards, and books are final sale.
— International (outside the US 50 states) orders are final sale.
— All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
— Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, tags and/or boxes.
— Returns must be confirmed with Stand Up Comedy prior to shipment or they will not be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending back any merchandise. If merchandise is returned without authorization, your item will be refused/sent back to the original shipping address at your expense.
— We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect or outdated shipping information is provided.
— We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.
— Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
— We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or delayed.
